02 · How we help

Four moving parts.
One coach to steer them.

Every clinician we work with juggles a license exam, a language exam, paperwork, and a job hunt — usually with a hospital rotation on top. We sequence them so nothing slips.

Language coaching

Medical English, German B2/C1 FSP, Danish A2. Speaking partners who are clinicians, not generalists.

All language tracks

Document strategy

Equivalency, certified translations, apostilles, embassy appointments. We tell you the order before you start.

Landing & first job

Hospital matching, CV translation, interview practice, housing notes, first-week checklists from alumni in-country.

03 · The journey

From first call to first patient,
usually 14–22 months.

The timeline depends on the destination, but the structure doesn’t. Four phases, each with a clear deliverable.

  1. 01
    WEEKS 1–4

    Discover

Diagnostic call. We pick the destination, map your credentials against its system, and write the personal calendar. You leave the call with a 22-month plan.

  2. 02
    MONTHS 2–6

    Plan & prep

Language exam booked. Document trail started. You join a country cohort with a weekly live call and a shared deadline board.

  3. 03
    MONTHS 6–18

    Prepare & pass

License-exam window. Mock days, OSCE rehearsals, full-week sprints before the test. Your coach signs off on readiness before you book.

  4. 04
    MONTHS 18–22

    Land

Hospital applications, interview prep, relocation notes from alumni in the city you're landing in. We stay on the line through your first shift.

04 · Outcomes

What this looks like
a year later.

Outcomes from cohorts that started between 2021–2024 and completed the program. Self-reported and verified by the receiving institution.

The deadlines, the strategy map, the Tehran-time live calls — every piece I needed existed when I needed it. Match was the easy part.

My English needed real work. The language coach made AMC a nine-month project instead of a multi-year one. I'm at the Royal North Shore now.
